Any product purchased on sezona.lv has a manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years.

Together with the purchased product, you will receive warranty documents describing the warranty terms.

1. The manufacturer’s warranty is not valid if:

• the buyer cannot present a document confirming the purchase from SIA SEZONALV;
• the instructions for use are not followed;
• traces of unqualified repair are visible on the product;
• changes have been detected in the design or scheme of the product that differ from those specified by the manufacturer;
• the product (product), intended for personal (domestic, family) needs, has been used for profit, production needs or other inappropriate purposes;
• the serial number of the purchased product has been changed, erased or cannot be determined;
• the product has damage to the warranty seals or serial numbers;
• the damage was caused by force majeure (fire, lightning, flood, etc.);
• the damage occurred due to the penetration of a foreign object, liquid or insects into the device;
• non-standard accessories, power supplies, or consumables were used, which resulted in damage to the device;
• regular service maintenance was not performed (for products that require such).

1. Right of withdrawal.

According to the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 207, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

SIA “SEZONALV” reserves the right to refuse to exercise your right of withdrawal if:

• the product is not returned in its original packaging;
• the product packaging is significantly damaged;
• there are visible signs of careless use on the product (scratches, etc.);
• the product seals are damaged;
• the product protective films are torn off.
